Founded in 2019, the Hong Kong Film Composers’ Association Limited is an association member of the Federation of Hong Kong Filmmakers. The Association aims to unite its members, promote industry development, advocate for the welfare and rights of practitioners, protect the copyright of Hong Kong film music, enhance the competence and recognition of Hong Kong film composers, nurture the next generation of Hong Kong film composers, and provide legal and contractual support.
